Now surely, Naruto’s survival is of importance, now that there’s no more imminent threat around? Right? At this point, Naruto’s dying on the ground, bleeding out from that gaping hole in his body. The part I’m talking about is after Satori is gone and Muku dies with Mui. This is where things really rubbed me the wrong way. What happened above was something that bothered me, but something that I could look past. All in that injured state.Īnd that’s just the tip of the iceberg, y’all! But still, when thinking about it, it just seems weird to just stand and watch something like that.īut also, how in the world was Naruto moving around so normally after that? He pushes the spear-hand out of him and Ryuuzetsu with Mui’s help, catches her as she falls, and takes the time to place her in a safe location before making a big ass Rasenshuriken and hurling it at Satori to defeat him.

Now maybe they didn’t go in to help because they thought they wouldn’t be able to do anything since Satori can easily evade them, maybe they didn’t go because of course we need Naruto to whip out his Talk No Jutsu before he runs out of screentime. They gape in surprise and shock, and that’s literally all they contribute. No, the problem was the rest of Konoha that were gathered on the sidelines. At first, when I saw this scene I just thought “How the hell is he supposed to survive that shit?” Even if it was Naruto, the chances of anyone surviving a wound that severe is just difficult.īut that’s not what my problem was. Naruto and Ryuuzetsu get impaled in a fashion that rivals Minato and Kushina’s deaths. This was where we get a scene that makes us viewers go “well shit.” And the scene I’m talking about starts right here. And this was something I’ve seen others touch upon as well. What I did have a problem with was near the end.

I had no problems with the storyline or animation and whatnot. Of course, nothing will top the beauty and perfection that was Bonds. I personally loved Blood Prison - it’s my second favorite Naruto movie.
